JOB REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES • Carry out recruitment function • Performance of background checks on job candidates; and undertake the onboarding and induction processes for incoming staff. • Workforce management through best practices, policy adaptation, internal workflows • Ensure compliance with company and statutory policies and regulations • Continuously update HR policies for best practice • Manage employee relations • Perform employee monitoring and evaluation for performance, retention, development, issues • Develop learning and development policies and action plans for implementation • Coordinate Administrative functions in the organization SKILLS • At least five years’ experience in human resources • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management • HR certification and valid IHRM membership • Knowledge of Kenya labor law with demonstrated experience • Experience in working in the security industry a plus
